Both parents are always hip & elbow x-rayed & DNA tested for all breed relevant tests (MDR1, DM etc)

All puppies will leave us DNA profiled & tested for available ("Full Breed Profile") breed relevant conditions (DM, MDR1 etc) and traits (coat length etc) by Orivet , ACES (Australian Canine Eye Scheme) certificate by Ophthalmologist, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, ADAPTIL Collar, 2kg bag of Taste of the Wild, our extensive puppy pack with lots of info, toys, treats & other goodies & registered with Dogs NSW, either main or limited, depending on whether sold as a show prospect or as a pet. For peace of mind, we also provide a written 2 year hip & elbow dysplasia & any other serious genetic issue warranty on all puppies we place into new homes. Our health testing & warranties are also unmatched by any other breeder in Australia, and the support our owners receive is second to none.
Your puppy will be raised on a high quality grain free diet in our family home, implementing "Puppy Culture" methods, and from the age of 3 weeks to 8 weeks will receive 'Sound Proof Puppy Training' to help desensitise them to every day sounds, along with storms & fireworks. At around 4 weeks of age, we move the puppies outside to our puppy play area. As we are so hands on with our puppies, we also send them home with basic toilet training, crate training, lead trained & taught to sit! Here at Eishund, we strongly believe it is up to the breeder to build a solid foundation for your new puppy & will provide you with lots of information to assist you in continuing the training we have started & tonnes of guidance & advice in raising your puppy once it leaves our home.
PLEASE NOTE: Eishund will not sell puppies for breeding purposes to non show homes. “Main Register” puppies will only be considered to genuine show homes that understand their duties & responsibilities to preserve the integrity of the breed in Australia. We will nurture & support new to the breed owners that wish to become involved in showing & breeding. All puppies placed into non show homes will be on the “Limited Register” only with a spay/neuter contract, no exceptions.

Beautiful long coated puppies perfect for active pets & sporting homes
We feel this combination will produce some outstanding potential working dogs, suited for the performance arena (Tracking, Agility, Obedience etc), or for experienced & active family pet homes. These will certainly not be be puppies suited to sitting in a backyard without any mental or physical stimulation (well, no puppy should have that life anyway.) We just truly want to see our babies go to homes where their full potential will be achieved.

How much will a puppy from this litter cost?
All of our puppies are priced the same. The same amount of thought, care, time & love has gone into the planning of litters & raising of each individual puppy born here at Eishund. Just because a puppy is deemed a pet, we do not consider it any lesser quality to it's siblings that we place into show homes. As a breeder, we strongly believe that not all puppies should be bred from & look for specific attributes that can best contribute to the improvement of our future generations. It may be something as simple as eye colour or particular conformation angles.
We can assure you, our pet puppies are still 'show stoppers' when you walk them down the street!
Our health testing & guarantees are also unmatched by any other breeder in Australia, and the support our owners receive is second to none.

What about co-ownership?
From time to time we may have available a pick of the litter on breeders terms in co-ownership. Male puppies are placed for a discounted price, and females generally for free. To qualify, the potential owner would need to live within 100km of Sydney, NSW & be willing to either show the puppy or allow Eishund to show the puppy to at least achieve it's Australian Champion title. We are very flexible in our terms & happy to individually tailor an agreement to suit what you are comfortable with. We have a great respect for our fabulous
co-owners, this ensures we have the ability to improve & move forward with future generations & not be over run with too many dogs ourselves. We don't want our dogs unnecessarily vying for our attention because we have too many. This way you can be assured that all dogs in our Eishund breeding program are treasured family companions either in our home or in the homes of our 'extended family.'

Do you send puppies interstate or overseas?
YES we do! We have many years experience in sending puppies all over Australia & also to several different countries overseas! Eishund choose JetPets to safely transport our puppies via air to their new homes. We will do all of the organising, bookings & provide free transport from our home to Sydney airport for you. Freight costs are the responsibility of the new owner, but don't worry, we'll let you know how much that costs once we get your quote organised. Domestic Flights are usually from $130 depending on where the puppy is flying to & includes the hire of an airline approved travel crate. Farewell cuddles at the airport are free! :) and always some tears from us!
